Welcome to Solvex. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, software, AI-driven CRM, booking tools, and digital services. By accessing or using Solvex, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Use

To use our SaaS platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive practices.

2. Fees, Subscriptions & Renewals

Billing: Solvex services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payments are billed in advance on a recurring schedule based on your chosen plan.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date through your dashboard or by contacting support.

Refunds: Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Data Ownership & Content

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data, client information, and content you upload into the Solvex platform.

Solvex does not claim ownership over your business data. However, you grant us the right to host, process, and use this data solely to provide and improve our AI features and platform services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Solvex is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and seamless AI automations, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Solvex be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or other users.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account management settings.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions..
